As part of the Risk Management, I am pleased to inform that the company has recently installed File Server Auditing Software.

The main objective is to mitigate the Risk of Data Loss & Disruption.

This software provides a reasonable assurance that Honsen Group has an effective control in place:

• to determine if missing file/folder has been moved, renamed or deleted.

• if it is deleted, it could be restored from backup. (Subject to availability)
  
• if it is being moved or renamed, it could be located easily.
  
• to ensure better management in files and folders permissions
