Display reminders and tasks from different PST datafile in To-Do Bar for Outlook 2016
By default, reminders and tasks are disabled for other datafiles aside from the main datafile.
In order to enable, follow the steps below.
- Right-Click the datafile to enable display.
- Select Data File Properties.
- Select and ensure that Display reminders and tasks from this folder in the To-Do Bar is marked.
- Click Apply and OK.
- Close and restart Outlook.
