Setting Auto Reply from Outlook Web Mailbox

  1. Login to your Web Mailbox from https://outlook.office.com.
  2. Click the settings icon  at the top pane, and click View All Outlook Settings. 

  3. On the Right-Pane, Click Mail, followed by Automatic replies.
  4. Enable the Toggle Switch to Turn on automatic replies.  --> 
  5. You may set Automatic Reply only for a certain date period, otherwise, skip this step.
  • Enter your Start Date & Time
  • Enter your End Date & Time
  • Block my calendar for this period (Enabling this will show you as busy in your calendar)
  • By filling in Set a title for the event, it will create a New Appointment with the Title filled in.
  • Automatically decline new invitations for events that occur during this period (This will decline all meeting invites during the period set)
  • Decline and cancel my meetings during this period (This will allow you to select and decline existing meetings and appointments)
  • Ensure that the option Send replies outside your organization is checked.

  • Click the Save button.
