Setting Auto Reply from Outlook Web Mailbox
- Login to your Web Mailbox from https://outlook.office.com.
- Click the settings icon
at the top pane, and click View All Outlook Settings.
- On the Right-Pane, Click Mail, followed by Automatic replies.

Enable the Toggle Switch to Turn on automatic replies.

- You may set Automatic Reply only for a certain date period, otherwise, skip this step.
- Enter your Start Date & Time
- Enter your End Date & Time
- Block my calendar for this period (Enabling this will show you as busy in your calendar)
- By filling in Set a title for the event, it will create a New Appointment with the Title filled in.
- Automatically decline new invitations for events that occur during this period (This will decline all meeting invites during the period set)
- Decline and cancel my meetings during this period (This will allow you to select and decline existing meetings and appointments)
Ensure that the option Send replies outside your organization is checked.
Click the Save button.
