As a owner of a Team or Channel, you are required to control who is allowed access. If you would wish to edit and remove the member, please click here.


Add member

  1. Select More options button next to the Team/Channel name.
  2. Select Add Member.
  3. Type in the name, distribution list, or groups that has been created to add them to your team/channel. You may also add member outside of our organization to the team/channel.
  4. After including members to add, click Add, to add them in.
  5. If you want any of the members to administer too, you may change their permissions to Owner, by selecting the Arrow next to the word Member.
  6. Select Close and you are done! The newly added members will receive an email to inform them that they are added to the Team/Channel.
