Sharing screens to present

1. At your options menu bar, click the Share icon.

2.  You may share your screen through the different category explained below.
   • Desktop (This will show whatever screen that you are currently seeing.)
   • Window (Viewers will only be able to see the window you have selected to share, and will not see other windows on your screen even if you are viewing other files.)
   • PowerPoint (Powerpoint files that is within your OneDrive, as of now you can only show PPT files, other formats can only be shown using Window or Desktop.)
   • Whiteboard (Digital Whiteboard, where viewers can collaborate at the same time.)
3. To stop sharing, simply click the Stop sharing icon.
