AV Controller

Before getting to the steps, the most important device here would be the AV Controller which is installed on the wall (where aircon and light controls are) as shown in the image below. Knowing the functions here should at least get you the basics on setting it up.

Setup Steps

You may follow the steps below to setup the room.

  1. Switch on all the power inside the cabinet, and ensure all devices are powered on.
  2. Press "ON" from the AV Controller. (This will power on the projector, and also Screen will be extended.)
  3. Depending on the mode you wish to setup, press the buttons on the AV Controller as described below;
    1. Individual Room Mode: Press "HDMI-1" (Ensure that Barco Clickshare is connected to the HDMI Cable within the cabinet)
    2. Combine Room Mode: Press "HDMI-2" (Ensure that Barco Clickshare is connected to the HDMI outside the cabinet)
  4. You should be able to see the home screen of Barco Clickshare if the cables are connected correctly according to Steps 3.
  5. Connect Barco Clickshare dongle to your laptop and start presenting.
  6. You may rotate the volume control on AV Controller to adjust the volume.

After usage...

  1. Press "OFF" button at the AV Controller.
  2. Switch off all power in the cabinet storing all the AV Equipments. (This is to prevent overheating)
  3. Keep everything back to its original state.

Things to note...

  1. DO NOT touch projector screen with finger or any objects at any time.
  2. Once again... POWER OFF all equipment, lights, aircon after usage.
  3. Return all devices to their original location.
  4. Keep the place tidy and clean.
